What you need to shop online

Valid snowmobile identification number (serial number) and registration number

Current home address, phone number, and email address
Note: You will find your snowmobile’s information, including its serial number,
on its registration certificate.
Choose your club
Always purchase your trail permit from the club that maintains the trails you use most often—that’s how you continue to support it. The interactive map will help you identify the club.

Before setting out on the trail
A surcharge applies to annual trail permits purchased directly on the trail. Annual, daily, and weekly permits cannot be sold on the trail.
Riding without paying the fees required by law constitutes an offense punishable by a fine.
The trail permit is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Only the $1,000,000 portion of the liability insurance may be subject to a refund. More details.

Shopping with the FCMQ is secure. Your personal and credit card information is transmitted in encrypted form—ensuring confidentiality and preventing interception or alteration by third parties. Payment is processed directly through Desjardins.

Delivery of your Trail Permit
Processing times vary and are beyond our control; in addition, there is the time required to process your request.
While waiting to receive your trail permit sticker by mail, you must print your temporary trail permit to ride on the trails. It will be sent to you by email and will also be available in your profile once your purchase is complete.
Important: Your temporary trail permit is valid for 21 days.
During the busy presale period, processing times are longer. Don’t wait until the last minute.
No daily sticker is mailed: a link to download and print it is sent to you by email after purchase.
